Academic Coordinator (MBA Programs)

About the role

The Academic Coordinator (MBA Programs) will lead the development, enhancement and quality assurance of MBA and executive education programmes at Viện Đào Tạo Quốc Tế. Working closely with academic leaders and industry partners, the coordinator ensures curricula remain rigorous, industry-relevant and aligned with the institute’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve MBA curriculum and program structure.
• Coordinate with faculty, industry experts and external partners to integrate real-world insights.
• Oversee academic quality assurance processes, including accreditation and outcome-based assessment.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (Canvas) for course delivery.
• Monitor market trends and translate industry needs into new programme offerings.
• Support faculty development and instructional design initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in postgraduate business education or MBA programme management.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, outcome-based education and accreditation standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
