Academic Officer (ESL, Math, Science)

About the role

The Academic Officer will support curriculum research and development for ESL, Mathematics and Science across Vinschool locations in Hanoi and other regions. The role involves mapping curricula, ensuring alignment with standards, and creating effective teaching strategies and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Map the subject’s curriculum to ensure consistency between standards, unit outcomes, lesson outcomes, learning objectives, instruction and assessment.
• Research and develop teaching strategies and instructional materials for ESL, Mathematics and Science.
• Collaborate with teachers and stakeholders to align curriculum implementation across multiple campuses.

Required profile

• University degree in Mathematics, Science or related fields, preferably from an English‑speaking country.
• Excellent command of English (IELTS 7.0 or higher).
• Strong research and analytical abilities with critical thinking skills.
• Experience coordinating work in high‑pressure environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
