About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Account Manager to join our Contract Logistics team in Vietnam. You will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring service excellence across assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships.
- Support initiatives to grow accounts and increase revenue.
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities to expand logistics solutions, including warehousing, freight forwarding, and transportation services.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in contract logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain solutions.
