Accounting Specialist (Billing - Hanoi)

About the role

The Accounting Specialist (Billing) will ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable activities for our Hanoi operations. The role requires strong communication and client‑management abilities to maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end AR and AP processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review billing documents, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in TMS, DBC, and LFS systems.
• Support internal departments with financial data and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and Word computer skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under time pressure.
• Team player willing to work overtime when needed.
