Admin Intern – ECU Management (Non-Technical)

About the role

This internship supports the ECU Management team by handling hardware and component logistics for customers in China, Japan and Belgium. You will work in a fast‑growing global environment, ensuring devices are tracked, booked and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ECU, hardware and component inventory received from customers.
• Monitor device status and maintain up‑to‑date lists for each team.
• Operate the booking tool to approve requests, hand over devices, and process returns.
• Assist with importing hardware from customers and exporting devices as needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration or English Language.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
• Full‑time availability (at least 4 days per week).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Careful, quality‑oriented, good teamwork and problem‑solving attitude.
