Admin Intern – ECU Management (Non‑Technical)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Intern to support the ECU Management team at Bosch’s Vietnam engineering centre. The role is non‑technical and ideal for undergraduate students in Business Administration or English who want to gain hands‑on experience in hardware logistics and global project support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ECU hardware and components received from customers in China, Japan and Belgium.
• Monitor device status and maintain an up‑to‑date inventory list for each team.
• Operate the booking tool to approve requests, hand over devices to users, and process returns.
• Assist with import and export procedures for hardware shipments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of equipment.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration or English Language.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
• Full‑time availability (minimum 4 days per week).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Attention to detail, quality‑oriented, good teamwork and problem‑solving attitude.
