AR Teamleader

About the role

The AR Teamleader will lead the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process for all entities within the group. This senior position centralises accounts receivable activities, drives credit policy improvements and safeguards cash flow across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full O2C cycle, ensuring timely invoicing, collection and cash application.
• Centralise AR operations across multiple entities and enforce group‑wide credit regulations.
• Develop and propose enhancements to credit policies to reduce financial risk.
• Monitor credit risk, perform credit assessments and manage credit limits.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and logistics teams to resolve disputes and improve cash conversion.
• Provide regular reporting on AR ageing, cash flow forecasts and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, preferably in a multi‑entity or Shared Service Center environment.
• Experience in wholesale/distribution, especially food ingredients, industrial chemicals or pharmaceutical ingredients, is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage financial risk and optimise cash flow.
