Assistant Consumer Engagement Manager – In-Market Consumer Marketing Lead

About the role

The Assistant Consumer Engagement Manager supports the In‑Market Consumer Marketing Lead in driving omnichannel consumer engagement for Estee Lauder Vietnam. Working across owned, earned and paid media, the role ensures that marketing calendars, media plans, content and CRM programs are executed in line with the brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement omnichannel consumer engagement initiatives throughout the funnel.
• Adapt the marketing calendar and media planning to meet brand objectives.
• Develop and coordinate content creation for digital, social and retail channels.
• Manage CRM programming and data‑driven activation for assigned brands.
• Collaborate with KOL/KOC partners to build relationships and amplify brand messages.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in brand management, including marketing, sales, training, merchandising and public relations.
• Background in beauty marketing, particularly makeup or skincare, with an understanding of social digital and e‑commerce environments.
• Highly organized, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to align stakeholders and influence cross‑functional teams.
