Audit Senior – Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior to lead audit engagements for our clients in Hanoi. You will work closely with client management to understand their business, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire a working knowledge of each client’s business and industry.
• Interact proactively with key client management to gather information, resolve issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Lead audit engagements from planning through execution and final reporting.
• Prepare audit files, audit reports, and financial statements in accordance with VAS, IFRS, and relevant laws.
• Identify and communicate audit issues, offering practical solutions.
• Supervise junior auditors, providing guidance and reviewing deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in statutory or financial auditing.
• University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Required skills

• Knowledge of VAS and IFRS.
• Experience conducting full-cycle financial audits.
