B2B Sales Supervisor – Premix / Food Service Ingredients

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Supervisor to lead the growth of our premix and food service ingredient portfolio in Vietnam. The role focuses on building strong relationships with food processors, chicken processors, restaurants and fast‑food chains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand B2B sales channels for premix products and food ingredient solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers across food processing, chicken processing, restaurant and fast‑food sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue and report on market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition or a related field.
• Minimum three years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong background with premix products, food ingredients, seasonings or food‑service solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage B2B customer relationships.
• Good understanding of food industry regulations and market dynamics.
