B2B2C Delivery Executive

About the role

The B2B2C Delivery Executive will oversee end‑to‑end order fulfillment for B2B2C channels, ensuring smooth handover to shipping partners and maintaining high service standards. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and works closely with supply chain and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily B2B2C order fulfillment from CLPs to shipping service providers across all platforms.
• Track delivery performance against SLA, lead time, shop health, and service KPIs for O2O operations.
• Ensure timely handover of orders from CLPs to shipping providers.
• Follow up on returned packages and manage reverse logistics.
• Report on delivery metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Project management and supply chain management experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or e‑commerce fulfillment.
• Experience with B2B2C, O2O or last‑mile delivery is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and follow‑up abilities.
• Good data tracking and reporting skills.
