Back-end Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Back-end Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance server‑side applications. You will work on scalable APIs that power our mobile, web and frontend solutions while ensuring reliability and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality backend code that meets scalability and performance requirements.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support mobile, web and frontend applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, optimizing performance through caching, connection pooling, and SQL tuning.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure product quality and delivery timelines.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to maintenance.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong fundamentals in the .NET Framework, C#/C++, SQL, and REST/HTTP APIs.
• Experience with WinForms programming; knowledge of React and NodeJS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
