Business Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, business‑minded Business Marketing Executive to join our growing international team in Hanoi. This role goes beyond traditional marketing by directly supporting business growth through a blend of marketing activities, customer engagement, proposal development, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Engage customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with technical and business development teams.
• Coordinate with overseas and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Support business development efforts by providing market insights and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development/support, or project coordination.
• Outstanding recent graduates with strong internship or extracurricular experience are also encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in B2B marketing, business support, and customer engagement concepts.
