Category Manager - FMCG

About the role

Brighton Investments is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead the FMCG portfolio for its premium lifestyle retail brand, Martème. You will shape product assortments, pricing strategies and promotional activities to deliver compelling shopping experiences for Vietnamese consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies that drive sales, margin and market share.
• Manage product assortments, pricing, and promotional calendars in collaboration with buying and marketing teams.
• Negotiate with suppliers, monitor performance, and ensure optimal shelf space allocation.
• Analyze category performance data, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to launch new products and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Economics, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, merchandising, buying or FMCG commercial functions.
• Proven track record of managing assortments, pricing, promotions and supplier relationships.
