Chief Accountant

About the role

The Chief Accountant will lead the full‑suite finance and accounting function, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards and delivering timely financial intelligence to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and cost accounting activities, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage cost accounting for manufacturing operations and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), tax reporting and refund procedures.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, headquarters and internal stakeholders in English.

Required profile

• Chief Accountant certification is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in cost accounting, taxation and financial compliance.
