Commercial Buyer – EA Region (Commercial Goods)

About the role

The Commercial Buyer will support Bosch's Mobility Aftermarket Division across the EA region, focusing on commercial goods. You will drive sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost‑effective procurement in a fast‑moving automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement material field strategies and global bundling plans, reviewing performance regularly.
• Identify, assess, and select suppliers, conducting RPA and CSR checks and managing approvals.
• Evaluate annual supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and lead supplier development initiatives.
• Lead RFQs, negotiate annual prices, manage sourcing decisions, and oversee contract renewals and system updates.
• Plan and track purchasing targets, maintain reporting (RPP, PICO, MCR), and provide regional input for forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, technical products, or trade goods procurement.
• Proven strategic mindset with ability to deliver purchasing excellence in a matrixed organization.
• Advanced analytical skills, including experience using AI technologies for forecasting and risk assessment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
