Commercial Director – Vietnam & APAC Expansion

About the role

INHA BREWERY, a Vietnam‑based producer of premium Korean rice wine, is looking for a Commercial Director to lead sales, marketing and market development across Vietnam and key APAC hubs such as Singapore and Hong Kong. The role will drive brand introduction, channel expansion and revenue growth in the luxury hospitality and premium retail segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales and marketing strategies for the Korean rice wine portfolio in Vietnam and new APAC markets.
• Develop market entry plans for Singapore, Hong Kong and other strategic locations, focusing on fine‑dining, luxury hotels, bars and premium retailers.
• Build and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, clubs, distributors and premium retail channels.
• Lead, coach and expand a local sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee brand positioning, promotional activities and product launch initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience in Vietnam’s alcohol industry, premium consumer goods, hotel & F&B or luxury retail.
• Proven leadership experience as a team leader, manager or director.
• Demonstrated success selling to hospitality and premium retail channels in Vietnam.
• Track record of developing a new brand or launching products in a competitive market.
