Commercial Finance Assistant Manager

About the role

The Commercial Finance Assistant Manager will act as a Finance Business Partner for the Commercial (Sales) and Marketing teams, helping to drive revenue growth and profitability. The role focuses on controlling pricing, promotions and trade‑marketing investments while delivering data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate pricing proposals, promotional plans and trade‑marketing budgets.
• Monitor and analyse revenue performance, identifying opportunities for margin improvement.
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support commercial decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment of financial targets with business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and generate regular performance reports using BI tools.
