Corporate Compliance (Japanese speaking)

About the role

The Corporate Compliance position supports the Compliance & Legal function, ensuring that the company adheres to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards. The role requires fluency in Japanese at a business level and a solid understanding of Vietnamese labor and corporate law.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare compliance reports and manage corporate licences.
• Maintain and update internal policies, regulations, and governance documents.
• Review contracts and draft Board/Shareholders' meeting documentation.
• Provide compliance support for internal approvals and decision‑making processes.
• Conduct internal compliance training and distribute regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.
• Business‑level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or N2) and strong English skills.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labour law, corporate legal matters, accounting, and taxation.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.
