CSA Engineer

About the role

The CSA Engineer will supervise and inspect civil, structural and architectural works for industrial buildings and factories in Hai Phong. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect CSA construction works to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, safety and schedule.
• Review drawings, technical documents and monitor site progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Prepare inspection records, progress reports and technical documentation.
• Support project delivery and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in civil, structural and architectural engineering.
• Experience in construction supervision, inspection or project execution for industrial buildings and factories.
• Experience with FDI manufacturing plants and industrial projects is highly preferred.
• Good English communication skills for reading technical documents and preparing reports.
• Strong teamwork, detail‑orientation and a responsible attitude.
