Customer Engagement Executive – Call Center

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Engagement Executive to join Timo’s call centre in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Facebook, Zalo and other communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve problems and complaints, providing clear explanations and alternative solutions.
• Perform operational tasks such as card locking and other account‑related actions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
• Work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 service coverage.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving mindset to address a variety of customer issues.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Prior experience in a financial institution is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English language.
• Familiarity with financial services processes.
• Experience managing shift schedules.
