Customer Service Officer – Hanoi & Saigon Centres

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to staff the information counters at Hanoi Centre and Saigon Centre. The role involves greeting visitors, answering queries and providing accurate directions and information about the shopping centres.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors at the information counter.
• Provide clear directions and information about stores, services and events.
• Handle basic enquiries and resolve simple issues on the spot.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming counter environment.
• Follow the assigned shift schedule, working either the morning (8 am‑5 pm) or afternoon (1 pm‑10 pm) shift, six days a week.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese.
• Strong English listening and speaking skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Minimum height of 1.55 m; a presentable appearance is a plus.
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

What we offer
