Customer Service Support (Japanese & English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Support specialist to assist Bosch employees with travel bookings, expense claims and related policies. The role serves as the first point of contact, handling inquiries through multiple channels and ensuring smooth resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line assistance for travel reservations, expense submissions and company policy questions.
• Manage inbound requests via call centre, ticketing system and internal platforms.
• Troubleshoot travel and expense tools such as bTravel and the mobile application.
• Guide employees through the complete process of creating travel requests and filing expense reports.
• Investigate and resolve problems related to travel arrangements, reimbursements and system errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call‑centre or shared‑services environments.
• Strong written and spoken English and Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Zendesk is a plus.
