Data Analyst Executive – Marketing & Membership

About the role

The Data Analyst Executive will work within the Marketing and Membership team to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition, retention and overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean and query data from the company’s systems and the Membership program.
• Analyse trends and performance metrics to support marketing strategies and cross‑functional projects.
• Build and optimise data platforms and BI reporting dashboards.
• Ensure data handling complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and IT teams to deliver data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Data/Finance Analytics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or membership management.
• Proven ability to present data insights through clear charts and reports.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• PowerPoint for presenting findings.
• Experience with CRM systems and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
• Exposure to Big Data environments and data‑warehouse concepts.
