Data Solutions Manager

About the role

The Data Solutions Manager will turn business challenges into scalable, data‑driven solutions that deliver measurable value across the organization. Working closely with business units, data teams and technology partners, you will identify opportunities, design analytics solutions and champion the adoption of data capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions.
• Partner with functional leaders, data engineers and IT stakeholders to define and prioritize data initiatives.
• Design, prototype and implement scalable data models, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of analytics solutions, ensuring they meet performance and governance standards.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full delivery lifecycle, from concept to production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Solutions or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record of converting business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end delivery of analytics projects.
