Deputy Manager of OPCS Department

About the role

The Deputy Manager of the OPCS Department leads the Operations (OP) and Customer Service (CS) teams to ensure continuous, reliable data‑center services. This position is responsible for maintaining 24x7 stability, monitoring service health, and delivering high‑quality support for the company’s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the OPCS Department, directing both the OP and CS teams.
• Ensure stable 24x7 data‑center operations and rapid incident resolution.
• Monitor service performance, enforce SLAs, and generate regular operational reports.
• Coordinate incident management processes and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with other departments to align service delivery with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, data‑center management or customer service.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Proven experience working in 24x7 environments and handling incident management.
