Deputy Marketing Manager Real Estate

About the role

The Deputy Marketing Manager (Real Estate) will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns for key real estate projects. This hands‑on supervisory position supports the Marketing Department by managing agency partners, overseeing budgets, and guiding a small team to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Coordinate with external agencies to produce creative assets and media plans.
• Monitor and control project marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effective spend.
• Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate junior marketing staff.
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to align marketing initiatives with market demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in real‑estate marketing, with a proven record of executing successful campaigns.
• At least 1–2 years in a team‑lead, senior specialist or assistant/ deputy manager role.
