Design Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Design Architect to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning conceptual ideas into detailed architectural solutions across a variety of high‑rise, mixed‑use and commercial projects. You will work closely with internal teams, clients and consultants to deliver high‑quality design documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality architectural design drawings, presentations, design reports and technical documentation from concept through detailed design stages.
• Translate design intent into clear architectural drawings, layouts, façade studies, diagrams and presentation materials.
• Coordinate architectural work with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, preferably on high‑rise, mixed‑use, residential, commercial, hospitality or complex urban projects.
• Strong design sense, solid technical understanding and ability to produce clear architectural drawings and presentation materials.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Architectural design and drafting expertise.
