Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead BIM Group's portfolio of restaurants, bars, galleries and other F&B concepts in Hanoi. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction and profitable growth across all owned outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational guidance to all BIM‑operated F&B businesses.
• Oversee P&L performance, ensuring revenue growth, cost control and achievement of budgeted targets.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality and guest experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on menu development, pricing strategy and revenue management.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new concepts and expansion projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Restaurant Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably with multi‑property or portfolio oversight.
• Experience in asset management, owner‑representative or operator‑oversight roles is an advantage.
