Document Control Intern

About the role

Bosch Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province is looking for a full-time Document Control Intern. The internship supports document review and publication, digitalisation and control activities, and offers exposure to digital maintenance systems and automation tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support document review and publication, including document screening, author follow-up and communication on document-related topics
• Monitor periodic document reviews and coordinate with Document Department Coordinators (DDCs)
• Support document digitalisation and document control activities
• Support DDC meetings, including preparation and related presentations
• Support archiving room administration, including 5S monitoring and records maintenance

Required profile

• Final-year student in English Language, Technical English, Business English, Business Administration, Office Administration, Archives & Records Management or a related field
• Good English communication and coordination skills
• Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented and disciplined
• Comfortable working with documents, data and routine administrative tasks

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage
