Embedded Firmware Engineer (Linux) – Real-time Applications

About the role

Join Bosch's ETA team in Ho Chi Minh City to design, develop and integrate real‑time embedded applications on Linux and QNX. You will work on user‑space components for MC‑Gateway development and collaborate directly with German stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, implement and maintain embedded Linux applications using CMake for cross‑platform builds.
• Develop POSIX inter‑process communication modules (named pipes, shared memory, semaphores).
• Implement and integrate communication protocols such as XCP.
• Handle JSON‑based configuration and data exchange.
• Design and integrate real‑time software for Linux and QNX environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in embedded development.
• Strong ability to work with German stakeholders and deliver high‑quality code.
