Embedded Software Developer – Basic Software BSW (4+ yrs)

About the role

Bosch Group is building a software engineering hub for brake systems in ASEAN. The team delivers complete software projects for automotive OEMs across Japan, China and the region, covering development, testing, integration and safety functions. As an Embedded Software Developer you will work on Basic Software (BSW) for ECUs such as ABS, ESP, Air‑Bag and Adaptive Cruise Control.

Key responsibilities

• Clarify and analyse functional requirements.
• Develop, integrate and unit‑test software based on those requirements.
• Design low‑level and high‑level software modules.
• Execute development tasks, document results and report issues.
• Perform debugging of embedded applications.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical‑Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Self‑driven with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• C/C++ programming.
• Scripting languages.
• Microcontroller development.
• Embedded system design.
