Embedded Software Engineer (Chinese Speaking) – Fresh Graduate

About the role

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City as an Embedded Software Engineer. The role focuses on developing and maintaining embedded software components for automotive and industrial applications, with a requirement for Chinese language proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop and maintain complex embedded software components based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform software requirement engineering, including analysis, validation and maintenance of customer requirements.
• Execute software integration activities, configuring and merging modules into unified builds.
• Create and run unit, component and integration test cases to verify functionality and quality.
• Apply established development processes and coding standards to produce reliable, maintainable code.
• Use debugging and analysis tools to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and company quality frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Control & Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and experience with scripting languages such as Python or C#.
• Solid foundation in control systems, automation and embedded systems, preferably with exposure to automotive communication protocols.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken) to interact with customers and stakeholders.
