Embedded Software Test Lead – Home Appliances

About the role

As the Embedded Software Test Lead for the Home Appliances domain, you will drive the testing strategy and execution for Bosch's consumer‑goods software solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work closely with project managers, developers and quality teams to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and assess testability.
• Create feature‑based test plans and align schedules with the project test manager.
• Prioritise, assign and monitor testing tasks across the team.
• Generate test results, reporting and progress tracking.
• Organise test‑team meetings, identify risks and define mitigation actions.
• Coordinate testing for upcoming releases and participate in milestone reviews.
• Maintain tool‑chain systems and integrate new features into the test architecture.
• Escalate quality issues and request corrective actions on requirements or work products.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading embedded software testing activities, preferably in consumer‑goods or home‑appliance projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into testable scenarios.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage test‑level risks and drive continuous improvement.
