Embedded Software Tester – Automotive

About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City as an Embedded Software Tester, contributing to automotive safety and future mobility. You will work on end‑to‑end testing of embedded software components, applying industry‑leading MiL, SiL and HiL methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform unit, component, and system testing (MiL, SiL, HiL) for automotive software components.
• Create test specifications and test cases to achieve requirement, equivalence class, boundary value, and code coverage (DC, MC/DC).
• Develop stimuli models to meet predefined coverage criteria.
• Execute tests, analyze results and produce detailed test reports.
• Participate in the design, testing and optimisation of development and validation processes.

Required profile

• Experience with embedded software testing in the automotive domain.
• Familiarity with Model‑in‑the‑Loop, Software‑in‑the‑Loop and Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop testing methodologies.
• Understanding of coverage criteria such as decision coverage and MC/DC.
