Engineer - Production (Flowline)

About the role

The Production Engineer (Flowline) is responsible for technical control of the belt assembly process, solving technical issues, implementing TPM activities, and managing MAE parameters and process control.

Key responsibilities

• Control and troubleshoot the belt assembly process, ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Define, create and maintain standards such as work instructions (WI), routing plans (RP), assembly specifications (AS) and process documents (PD).
• Develop and update CP and P‑FMEA analyses.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct process confirmations, GEMBA walks and cooperate with other departments to improve MAE performance.
• Release new processes and MAE projects, manage PFEP, SAT and FAT installations, and prepare release protocols, ISR, SOPs for series production.
• Prepare production changes, manage EWAK and PPAP releases, and coordinate ECR implementation across the value stream.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing plant.

Required skills

• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• GEMBA (on‑site problem‑solving).
• PFEP (Plan‑For‑Every‑Part).
• SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Process control and MAE parameter management.
