Engineering Staff – English Speaking (Hung Yen)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineering Staff member to support the manufacturing of composite aviation products at our Hung Yen facility. The role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are fluent in English and have basic CAD skills.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and document manufacturing processes for leading composite aviation components.
• Prepare work instructions for serial production based on drawing requirements and verification trails.
• Identify and implement counter‑measures for non‑conformities.
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain existing production lines.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication (email and oral).
• Recent graduate in an engineering‑related field.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Hung Yen province.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
