Event Assistant Intern – Visual Content & Event Support

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant Intern to join our plant’s communications team in An Phuoc Commune. You will support the planning and execution of internal events while creating engaging visual content that highlights Bosch’s activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of visual materials such as posters, videos and animations for internal communication.
• Develop event film concepts, write scripts, operate cameras, and edit footage with visual effects.
• Assist in organizing plant events including Christmas, New Year celebrations, Quality weeks and other employee activities.
• Collaborate with the group leader on assigned projects and tasks.

Required profile

• Third‑year or final‑year student majoring in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, English or related fields.
• Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
