Fabric Sourcing Specialist – Garment Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Fabric Sourcing Specialist to join our garment production team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for managing fabric and accessory procurement, ensuring smooth order flow and timely delivery across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain detailed files and oversee purchase order management for various product lines.
• Communicate with factories and buyers to negotiate timelines, track order T&A, and provide real‑time work‑in‑progress updates.
• Create and execute fabric and accessory purchase orders with high autonomy and precision.
• Identify and resolve material‑related production issues before they affect bulk timelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate material allocation and cost control.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of direct experience in fabric sourcing at a garment vendor.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college.
• Strong English proficiency for daily business communication.
• Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• High sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills.
