Facilities Management Assistant (Vietnamese Only)

About the role

Damen Song Cam Shipyard is looking for a Facilities Management (FM) Assistant who is fluent in Vietnamese. The role supports the Facility and Maintenance department, ensuring preventive maintenance, tool management and the upkeep of buildings, landscaping, systems and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in object registration in IFS, prepare required legislations and build preventive maintenance plans with material lists, job lists and man‑hour estimates.
• Print work orders, update their status, and generate KPI reports to continuously improve maintenance processes.
• Support supervision of service suppliers, control materials for the M&F department and assist in liquidation of objects.
• Maintain facility infrastructure, operate electrical and fire‑alarm systems, monitor energy consumption and oversee landscaping activities.

Required profile

• Technical university degree (M.A. in a technical field) or higher professional education with at least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD drawing and experience using IFS or similar asset‑management software.
