Facility Engineer – New Factory

About the role

The Facility Engineer will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the new factory’s critical utility systems, ensuring reliable support for cleanroom and manufacturing processes. This role combines hands‑on technical work with proactive reliability engineering in a high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain facility and utility systems that support cleanroom and production operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Ensure stable operation of electrical, HVAC, and building management systems.
• Coordinate with production teams to address facility issues promptly.
• Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on facility engineering experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, electronics, or other high‑tech manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and utility systems.
