Facility Management Assistant (Vietnamese Required)

About the role

The Facility Management (FM) Assistant will support the Maintenance, Facility and Security sub‑departments at Damen Song Cam Shipyard. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, tool management and ensuring that all allocated objects remain functional and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in registering and maintaining assets in the IFS system.
• Prepare and update preventive maintenance plans, including frequency, material lists, job lists and man‑hours.
• Print work orders, track their status and record results in a timely manner.
• Generate KPI reports on maintenance performance and suggest improvements.
• Supervise external service suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Support facility upkeep by creating maintenance plans for construction items, managing electrical and fire‑alarm systems, and monitoring energy consumption.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field (M.A. or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar facility or maintenance role.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese (required) and good command of English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and IFS asset management system.
