Factory Director - Long An Factory

About the role

The Factory Director will lead the establishment, development and full operation of Karofi's new manufacturing facility in Long An. Reporting to senior management, the role is pivotal in building a world‑class production organization through system design, structural setup and continuous improvement across all factory functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement operating systems and organizational structures for the new plant.
• Oversee factory setup, plant expansion and operational transformation projects.
• Develop and strengthen operational capabilities, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Lead talent development and manage senior factory teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in senior factory leadership.
• Proven track record in factory setup, plant expansion or manufacturing system development.
• Preference for Vietnamese candidates aged 40‑45.
