Factory Manager – Wood Chipping Facility

About the role

The Factory Manager will lead the wood‑chipping facility from the EPC stage through commissioning and full‑scale production. This senior position oversees all aspects of plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and environmental compliance while meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors during EPC, overseeing construction, equipment installation and operational readiness.
• Lead commissioning, start‑up and handover of the production line.
• Manage day‑to‑day plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, raw‑material handling, yard activities and logistics.
• Ensure equipment efficiency, workplace safety and adherence to environmental regulations.
• Monitor production targets and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant operations or factory management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, conveyors, heavy machinery and industrial material‑handling systems.
• Proven experience in production, maintenance, workforce management and on‑site troubleshooting.
• Working‑level English proficiency.
• Willingness to work long‑term in Tuyen Quang or Yen Bai.
• Experience with EPC projects, commissioning and wood‑processing facilities is a plus.
