Field Force North Management Manager

About the role

The Field Force North Management Manager will lead retail operations for Samsung consumer electronics in the northern region, working directly with dealers to drive sell‑out performance and optimise product mix.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sell‑outs by collaborating with dealers at the store level.
• Increase profit‑based upselling of premium products through SKU optimisation for each store.
• Reduce faulty products and obsolete inventory by overseeing store inventory management.
• Manage day‑to‑day retail operations across assigned consumer‑electronics stores.
• Monitor trade marketing activities and ensure alignment with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in trade marketing, retail sales, or field force operations.
• Strong management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical, results‑oriented and a team player.
• Good understanding of functional roles, competitive trade structures and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of sales and distribution channels in the consumer‑electronics sector.
