Finance Director

About the role
The Finance Director will lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sound financial health and supporting business growth through rigorous planning and analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, monitor liquidity and ensure optimal working capital.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Control costs and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven ability to synthesize data, analyze trends and make strategic financial decisions.
- Strong presentation skills and fluency in English.
