About the role

The Finance Director will lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sound financial health and supporting business growth through rigorous planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, monitor liquidity and ensure optimal working capital.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Control costs and drive efficiency across the organization.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven ability to synthesize data, analyze trends and make strategic financial decisions.
• Strong presentation skills and fluency in English.
