Full Stack Engineer (.NET, Vue/React - Backend Heavy) - Hybrid

About the role

CoverGo, a global no-code insurance platform for health, life and property & casualty insurance, is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City on a hybrid basis. The role covers both front-end and back-end development of its SaaS platform, with a backend-heavy focus, and involves mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain new features for the SaaS platform, turning insurance business needs into scalable software.
• Work on both front-end and back-end, collaborating with product, design, engineering and UX teams.
• Optimise performance for large data volumes and high user traffic.
• Take part in code reviews, write and run unit and integration tests, and fix bugs promptly.
• Follow web security best practices and comply with regulations on sensitive customer data.
• Keep up with new technologies and design for scalability and flexibility.
• Mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Proven 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer on complex SaaS applications.
• Strong back-end and front-end background, with cloud, microservices and TDD experience.
• Experience optimising high-traffic web applications and ensuring web security compliance.
• Agile experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
