Fullstack Developer - AI Product (Node.js, Python, React)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a hands‑on Full‑Stack Engineer to develop AudienceAI, an internal AI‑driven marketing and business development platform. You will work closely with product, marketing and technology teams to turn business needs and user feedback into secure, scalable, and intuitive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and maintain front‑end, back‑end, APIs, databases and supporting infrastructure for AudienceAI.
• Own the application’s architecture, integrations, deployment pipeline and continuous improvement.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into practical technical solutions while balancing speed, scalability, maintainability and security.
• Monitor performance, reliability and security; proactively resolve issues.
• Evaluate and integrate third‑party services, APIs, data sources and AI technologies that add product value.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for development, onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product owners to define user stories, delivery priorities and scope improvements.
• Work with other engineering teams to ensure seamless operation within the broader TransPerfect technology ecosystem.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, including full‑stack production applications.
• Strong front‑end expertise with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid back‑end experience with Node.js or Python.
• Proven ability to design and build APIs, service integrations, authentication flows and data‑driven applications.
• Good knowledge of relational and/or non‑relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and application monitoring.
• Comfort turning incomplete or evolving business requirements into well‑defined technical work.
• Hands‑on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, GitHub Spec K) in day‑to‑day engineering.
