Fullstack Engineer (.Net, Angular)

About the role

The Fullstack Engineer will join Masan’s digital team to develop and maintain backend services for staff performance management and WinCommerce store operations. You will work on high‑volume retail systems, ensuring they are reliable, performant and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET technologies.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs and micro‑service components that integrate core platforms with internal business systems.
• Implement front‑end features using AngularJS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Optimize database interactions with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning and code reviews.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security across the full stack.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in full‑cycle software development.
• Proven ability to work on both backend and frontend components.
• Experience with system design for web‑based and service‑oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
